Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Linkfeed.in, including the website at linkfeed.in, the creator dashboard, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Linkfeed (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account, connecting a TikTok account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Linkfeed provides a TikTok-oriented link-in-bio experience: creators can publish a public profile at linkfeed.in/[username], sync TikTok videos into a grid, attach outbound destinations, pin videos, add profile link chips, and view basic analytics. Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

4. Accounts & TikTok authorization

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• Connecting TikTok requires you to authorize Linkfeed via TikTok’s OAuth. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s terms and policies.
• You must provide accurate profile information and only use usernames you are entitled to use. We may reclaim or rename usernames that infringe rights or violate these Terms.

5. Your content & outbound links

You retain ownership of content you submit (bios, titles, destination URLs, and similar). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for destinations you attach to videos or profile chips, including compliance with advertising, consumer protection, and platform rules. We do not endorse third-party sites opened from your bio.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive activity
• Upload malware, scrape the Service without permission, or interfere with infrastructure
• Impersonate others, infringe intellectual property, or distribute spam
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
• Suggest Linkfeed is affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok / ByteDance

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties (including TikTok and hosting providers). We are not responsible for outages, API changes, or policy decisions by those parties that affect sync, login, or redirects.

8. Fees

Some features may be free; paid plans, if offered, will be described at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for renewals.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including branding, software, and design, is owned by Linkfeed or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks except as needed to identify your public Linkfeed URL.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY, PERFECT SYNC WITH TIKTOK, OR ANY PARTICULAR CONVERSION RESULTS.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKFEED AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold Linkfeed harmless from claims arising out of your content, outbound links, misuse of the Service, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access immediately for violations or risk to the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. Courts in Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those protections.
